The refurbishment of the former carpet right distribution centre covering over 500,000 sqft. The works will include the overhaul of the existing warehouse and office space, providing upgraded office space to meet the sustainable aspirations of the client with installation of VRF systems and an extension photovoltaic array on the roof. In addition to this, there will be upgrades and expansion of the existing service yard and car park facilities on the site.
