The regeneration a brownfield site that provides multilevel accommodation for four national retailers. The street frontage provides open glazed shopfronts to Bugsby’s Way which are set behind a colonnade, providing a protected pedestrian route with shelter and shade for customers. The materials and elevational treatment use a combination of planar glazing, composite cladding, stone faced rainscreen cladding and aluminium framed glazing.
