STUART HARRISON
DIRECTOR
A chartered quantity surveyor with 20 years of experience in the construction industry working with private clients, developers, house builders, public bodies and contractors. Undertakes live practice work alongside providing Expert Witness reports in relation to Quantum disputes.
DAVE LAMPARD
DIRECTOR
A strong character with a balanced no nonsense approach, with significant experience in project management and cost consultancy across an array sectors. Experienced in managing and negotiating with the Client consulting team, dealing with on-site issues and resolving construction issues with a commercial attitude to achieve best value for the Client.
LEWIS LAMBERT
SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Lewis joined Liberty QS in 2022 following completion of his Masters of Science. He confidently and professionally manages his own projects, acting as Quantity Surveyor, Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrator. Lewis’s predominant focus is within the Industrial and Commercial providing comprehensive support to our Clients from inception to completion.
TOM MALINS
SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
A Senior Surveyor with broad experience in the construction industry working with private clients, developers, public bodies and contractors. Tom has worked on a number of prestigious residential properties, Super fitout project of Chelsea Barracks at London Victoria and on the London Cycle superhighway amongst other things. He is degree qualified and is working toward his MRICS.
DAMIAN MINTER
ASSOSIATE
A highly-experienced Quantity Surveyor who has an eye for detail, always seeking better value for our Clients and an expert negotiator. Skilled in Construction Management and driving value out of the design. Excels in procuring sub-contractor packages, managing on site packages, commercial reporting. Historically has generated positive commercial results from very challenging budgets.
MYTCHELL GEER
PROJECT SURVEYOR
Mytchell has developed a comprehensive knowledge of the role of project surveyor, which he is now applying it on site and aiding the senior members of the team. Mytchell is currently attending London South Bank University on a part-time fully funded Quantity Surveying degree course, from which he is due to complete May 2023.
BEN DUNSTAN
TRAINEE SURVEYOR
Ben joined the company in 2022, from which he will be working closely alongside other members of the team, supporting them on their current projects.
CHARLOTTE HARRISON
ACCOUNTANTS & FINANCE
Charlotte is responsible for invoicing, accounting and general organisation of the office.
